West Suburbs Practice Group Mtg.

The group will resume discussion of one or more of the fictional couples presented at the January meeting. Jim Feldman and Anne Mudd will lead a discussion on the many facets of potential Collaborative cases and how to deal with these couples. Here are the questions we will pose to you, and then the discussion will begin for all of us: Is this an appropriate case for the collaborative process and would litigation or mediation be better. What professionals do we think will be needed for the couple? What challenges are presented by this scenario and what steps would you recommend to deal with those challenges. Questions?
