Some part must include specific experience dealing with issues of divorce and children's adjustment to parental divorce.
A minimum of 20 hours is required with documentation. At least half of this must be on the subject of children's adjustment to divorce, or topics such as developmentally-appropriate parenting plans. The remainder may be on subjects such as: Custody Evaluation, Parenting Coordination, and High Conflict Parents and the impact on parenting and child adjustment. (Subjects might include: Current Research on the Effects of Divorce on Children, Parenting Coordination, and Custody Evaluation. AFCC and IACP offer excellent training, but other offerings are acceptable.)
If some of the documentation of 3A or 3B is difficult to provide due to the passage of time, yo may submit other supporting information such as other professionals who can attest to the authenticity of those experiences. Alternatively, if you were subsequently employed in positions where the supervised experience would have been a prerequisite, that experience may suffice.
