As a Collaborative Divorce Coach and Child/Family Transition Specialist, Paige guides parents through a deliberate process of family redesign. Working alongside a collaborative team of divorce professionals, she helps families build an enduring new structure that is tailored to every member’s needs. She equips parents to strengthen communication, navigate conflict with skill, and establish customized systems so children experience steady belonging and connection across two homes. Her three decades of experience guiding major life transitions inform a core conviction: when parents divorce well, they are far better equipped to be divorced well.

Paige is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in relational trauma and healing, a certified Parent Team Expert, a court-approved parent coordinator, and an experienced mediator. To bring a versatile, deep skill set to her practice, she intentionally trained across multiple mediation models, completing programs through Northwestern University, The Curious Mediator Insight Program, and The Parent Team. As co-founder of Ampersand Counseling & Well-Being and REIMAGINE DMC in Illinois, she offers a rare integration of therapeutic expertise, mediation mastery, and forward-looking guidance.
