Jennifer Enloe is a partner and mediator with Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP who practices exclusively in the area of family law and family law mediation. Jennifer fundamentally believes that family conflict is best resolved outside of the courtroom whenever possible. Jennifer’s resolution-focused approach and ability to facilitate respectful dialogue in an otherwise contentious arena guides Jennifer in her practice as both a mediator and advocate.

Jennifer has completed the Divorce Mediation Skills Training program at Northwestern University as well as training as a Collaborative professional through Collaborative Divorce Illinois.

Jennifer is recognized by Leading Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America, and she was named as the 2026 Lawyer of the Year for Family Law – Collaborative Law by Best Lawyers in America. Jennifer was selected as a 2024 40 Under Forty Attorney to Watch by Law Bulletin Media. She has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in Family Law, Family Law Mediation and Collaborative Law.

Jennifer received her Juris Doctorate from University of Illinois Chicago Law after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
