I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Collaborative Divorce Coach with over 20 years of experience. I help individuals and couples navigate the emotional and practical challenges of divorce with compassion, clarity, and care. With extensive training in the Gottman method, I bring a deep understanding of relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and the ways conflict can intensify during major life transitions.

My approach is warm, respectful, and down to earth. I help clients communicate more effectively, manage emotional flooding, and work through difficult moments without losing sight of what matters most. Together, we create space to respond thoughtfully, clarify priorities, and prepare for conversations and decisions that may otherwise feel overwhelming. I understand that divorce often includes grief, uncertainty, and concern for the future. As part of the Collaborative Divorce team, I support each person’s well-being while helping families build cooperative, thoughtful agreements and create a strong foundation for their next chapter.
