I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Collaborative Divorce Coach and Child Specialist, aiding individuals and couples through the delicate process of divorce. In this role, I help clients practice direct and respectful communication, move past emotional stand-offs, foster cooperation, and work toward agreements. I recognize the profound grief that can accompany the end of a marriage, and I approach this work with sensitivity, practicality, and integrity. I support the development of co-parenting values and develop mutually beneficial parenting agreements that support the best interests of the whole family. My goal is to empower clients to navigate this vulnerable time with greater peace and to lay the foundation for a positive path forward.
