Join the Group for a discussion about HB 4113, which seeks to amend the IMDMA by providing that presumed equal parenting time is in the child’s best interest and that a court may NOT restrict parenting time unless it finds, by clear and convincing evidence, that a parent’s exercise of parenting time would seriously endanger the child.
