When it comes to divorce, one of the most complicated aspects for many people is the division of assests, specifically the division of retirement assets through required court orders, commonly referred to as a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (a QDRO) or a Qualified Illinois Domestic Relations Order (a QILDRO).
